Catalyze science/mathematics
educational reform in the state of Washington.
Encourage
all students, especially minorities and women, to seek careers in
mathematics and science.
Revitalize
general education science courses for WSU, to excite and inform college
level students about science, math and technology.
Develop, in
collaboration with the College of Education, new science and mathematics
curricula for preservice teachers that aligns with new state reforms.
Expand
collaborative partnerships between WSU, other higher Education institutions,
industry and K-16 schools.
